Terms and Conditions for Corporate Clients 2023/2024

• Booking with Chef de la Maison

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing by the Client via Email ( you must receive an acknowledgement of the email from a Member of staff from Chef de La Maison ltd

  • We require 24 hours notice for bookings minimum

• Variations to the Price

  • Prices of our Menus are subject to change , due to the variations in prices from our suppliers we may have to alter our prices , we reserve the right to do this

  • There may be a variation to menu selections if supplier issues mean we cant get specific items

  • Our Minimum Deliver amount is £30 , a delivery fee will be added to orders less than this amount

• Payments

  • Payment in full is required prior to the booked date for all catering services provided by Chef de la Maison

 for all non- account customers, Payment methods available include bank transfer, debit card, credit card

and cash. If you do not have a credit account with us you must pay by Payment Link ( Cards ) or cash

• Payment for Corporate events may be required prior to the Event

• All our Prices are subject to VAT at the current rate

• Our Payment Credit terms are 14 Days unless otherwise agreed by the Management

• Late Payment Fees of 2.5% of the total invoice cost will be added to all late payments

       IF ACCOUNTS ARE NOT KEPT UP TO DATE CHEF DE LA MAISON RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PUT

       A STOP  ON THE ACCOUNT AND REFUSE DELIVERIES

• Cancellation Charges

  • In the unfortunate event of a booking having to be cancelled confirmed in writing will be needed by the

Client a Minimum of 48 hours before, cancellations after this point will be charged at the full price

• Dietary Requirements and Allergies

·         Chef de la Maison will endeavour to provide suitable adaptions to the Clients menu for any guests with special  dietary requirements or allergies. We cannot however take responsibility for any guests unless advised in advance (no less than one month prior to the event) We will send out disclaimers for some allergies

·         CHEF DE LA MAISON ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR NUT ALLERGY SUFFERERS AS WE ARE NOT A NUT FREE SITE , DISCLAIMERS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH THE MEAL FOR ALL ALLENGENS

·         Clients Food and Drinks  - We accept no liability for any food supplied to the Client by another caterer (or food  products suppliers by the Client themselves) in additional to those arranged by Chef de la Maison.

• Client’s use of Chef de la Maison’s Property and Clients Personal Property or Gifts - The Client agrees to pay for

 any loss or damage to any equipment, crockery, cutlery or glassware supplied by us for the event, including any

 issues caused by the Client guests.

• Liability of Chef de la Maison

We accept no liability under any claim whatsoever (be it by negligence or otherwise) arising from any loss over the figure of the existing Chef de la Maison Public Liability Limit of Indemnity.  Note that this figure, which may change from time to time, is available upon request.

• GDPR and Privacy Policy

·         Chef de la Maison are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy falls in line with Regulations, to request a copy please contact our Head Office via email at info@chefdelamaison.co.uk.

• Force Majeure

·         Chef de la Maison shall incur no liability to the Client if performance of the contract is prevented or hindered by any case whatsoever beyond our control and in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, by act of fire, flood, subsidence, sabotage, accident, strike, or lock out and shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting there from suffered by the Client.

• Future Changes to Terms and Conditions

·         Chef de la Maison reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions when necessary due to the continual evolving nature of our business. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are up to date with our Terms and Conditions.
