Here are my top foods which I eat every day. I’m sure a small percentage is physiological, but who cares about that right? If it yields results and makes you feel good then why not make the change?
Top Foods for every day:
Fresh garlic. 1-2 cloves crushed and chopped. Results= no sore throats, food can ne medicine and this ingredient is medicine! Its anti inflammatory properties puts it at #1 on my healthy list. It’s a super ingredient. Keep it raw, add it to blueberries as a smoothie (it works and it’s super tasty)
raw onions - add they to salads, proteins, just add them to your daily diet! Super affordable, ready available, you can grow the, yourself! Onions and garlic are best friends, combine them, add them to a soup or stew if you need to cook them. I keep mine raw onions the majority. Flavour town and anti inflammatory properties puts
Greek yogurt with blueberries. Simply delicious, eat them together it’s a perfect way to pallet the flavours and goodness of both prebiotics and balances.
Tumeric and black pepper eggs. Trust me on this. 2 eggs, a drizzle of olive oil, throw in the tumeric powder and crack the pepper grinder over the tumeric and then add your eggs either scramble or whatever, over easy or over hard even. Incredibly delicious, cheap and fast. Makes a great salad, sandwich or piadina wrap (good olive oil wrap)
Proper good black coffee. In my opinion, a black Americano is just a beautiful aroma and daily treat. Forget the milk though. No sweetners. My resting heart beat average is 54. It’s something I’m proud about and I think it’s important to monitor. Anything over 60 I believe needs addressing. Proof that a balanced healthy diet with consistent buy in gives you results. Don’t take throat sweets full of refined sugar to help cure a sore throat, it doesn’t help you it hinders you! Instead take the garlic and prevent! Same goes for the chemistry of all of these super foods. And did you notice something about the ££££? These super foods will not break the banks on the majority!
The biggest contributor to inflammation in my opinion is the refined sugar instake. Stop drinking sodas, stop eating ultra processed foods and drinks. The impact will be clear and you will start to feel good. Brighten up your mood naturally. Pat yourself on your back, talk to yourself with encouragement. You do not need these artificial products, you simply don’t!
Need a taste of chocolate you crave. Adjust your pallet. Eat dome 85% dark chocolate, a few cubes with some almonds, cashews or walnuts. Unsalted, unroasted, simply nuts! Soon enough you will taste the natural sweetness of almonds “sweet as a nut” and your pallet adjusts. Your gut will live for this and the. Your mind will be fed with positivity and alignment. Trust me.
