The Team

The Chef de la Maison team are all mutli skilled and can deal with our customers requests from the time of booking to the deliverance on the day. All of our staff can also work in our bar/restaurant The Ranch in Cambridge and customer service and quality of food are everyones top priority. The team consists of a cambridge team, Peterborough and huntingdon team, special events team and The Ranch team. All of our staff have tried and tested our food so we can talk about it to our customers this way they have first hand experience of the food that they are preparing. We are keen to train our staff and make sure that everyone is trained to at least the level 2 in food hygiene as a basic starting request so this give peace of mind to our customer.
