Booking Terms
£200 is non-refundable unless cancellation is made within
14 days of booking (excluding late bookings where the event date is
less than 30 days away from date booking was made).
Once an event is booked and contract form is signed it is a breech
of contract to bring in or arrange for external/outside beverages
to be brought into the event. Breech of contract will result in penalty
fee being applied.
Only beverages provided by Chef de la Maison beverages are permitted
for consumption and/or sale during a booked event.
Glassware breakage will be charged at full cost to the client
(therefore disposable glasses are available if requested)
Chef de la Maison beverages can provide wireless streamline debit/credit
card machines to facilitate guest payments. Cash back facilities may
be arranged, please speak to a Chef de la Maison Beverage representative
for further information.
Please choose your free reception drink between the following (only
one type of beverage per booking): sparkling wine, fresh fruit punch,
chef de la maison cocktail or buck’s fizz.
