Chef de la Maison opened in 1998, Friends Nathan and Charis,
made proper food using only the best ingredients. The two of them had little
experience in the world of business. They created the sort of food which they
dreamed about but could not find anywhere else.
Chef de la Maison have been catering since 1998 with the 1000 wedding being catered for in 2001.
Also in 2001 a public face to the company was created at the premises in Netherton.
The Chef de la Maison coffee bar was opened in May 2005 after extensive renovation.
The Coffee bar continues to be hugely popular as the company continues to go from strength to strength.
The chef de la Maison name continues to grow, now with services being provided in Fenstanton, Huntington, St Ives and Cambridge.
